The body speaks far before we have the words
From a young age, Jade was deeply connected to her emotions. She accessed the subtle undercurrents beneath the surface like a second nature and often found her body or emotions speaking her truth before she ever had the words.
As she grew older, Jade learned to apologize for her emotional sensitivity, sensing it was inconvenient, misunderstood and unwelcome in the world. This belief led to patterns of people pleasing, self-abandonment, and intellectualizing her problems and pain, which unconsciously kept her from the real healing she desperately hoped to find. Staying in the mind helped her feel like she had figured everything out. But unhelpful behaviors and pain points stayed. In reality, knowing the origin stories of her personal trauma never made it disappear.
A pivotal season of solitude and reflection in 2020 reshaped her understanding of what it means to truly process experience. She reached a somatic tipping point, experiencing emotional charges with intensity that felt decades deep. This opening was the catalyst for her studies in yoga, medicinal movement, nervous-system support and the journey back to the body’s wisdom. What became undeniably clear: the body carries what the mind cannot resolve alone. Insight matters, but integration and true healing require feeling.
Today, Jade is a somatic practitioner and spiritual guide devoted to helping people reconnect to their bodies, emotions, and inner wisdom. With advanced training in somatic trauma healing and Internal Family Systems and 5 years experience teaching yoga, meditation, and breathwork, Jade offers a grounded, nervous system–focused approach to transformation. Her work centers on the belief that sustainable change happens with compassionate acceptance and expression of the whole self.
In her 1-on-1 work, Jade primarily supports self-aware individuals who understand their problems intellectually but struggle to exit their patterns and unhelpful coping mechanisms. Her sessions blend somatic trauma release practices, breathwork, and compassionate IFS frameworks to build nervous system resilience, deeper self-trust and a spacious, safe internal environment to heal within.
